Born and raised at the Jersey Shore, Frank Mullin is a Motorcycle Mechanic Institute of Orlando Graduate, with certificates in General Motorcycle Maintenance and Repair, Harley-Davidson Technician Program, Harley-Davidson Late Model Program, Harley-Davidson Early Model Program, Harley-Davidson Engine Rebuild and Performance Program, and Dyno-Jet Certification Program. Frank is also a PHD Certified Harley-Davidson Technician, a Factory Trained Buell Technician and a Certified Welder.

After graduating MMI, Frank returned to the Jersey Shore and went to work for Harley Davidson as a technician. At Harley Davidson, Frank received a lot of "hands-on" experience and knowledge passed on from technicians with "old timer" experience. It is also where Frank became a Factory Trained Buell Technician and continued building on his PHD Certification.

In 2002, Frank joined the Sheet Metal Workers Union to learn more about working with metal. It was during his apprenticeship that he took the extra classes offered by the Local to become a certified welder. During his time as a Sheet Metal Worker, Frank was determined to stay up-to-date on all of the Motorcycle Trends. He did this by performing service work for friends and family. Quickly, the word spread and the demand for his quality work led to the opening of Frank Mullin Cycles. Now Frank is putting all of his focus and energy into what is in his heart, doing what he does best, working on motorcycles.
